Our Original Project: Life In Elgin

Elgin Media Group launched the first printed bi‑monthly copy of  Life in Elgin magazine in March 2024.

We continued to grow our publication schedule, releasing additional print issues from July 2024 - November 2025, distributed throughout Elgin and St. Thomas neighborhoods, averaging 5,000 copies per issue. 

​

For 2026, we have evolved our model, discontinuing print copies while continuing to offer digital‑exclusive magazines, providing instant access to engaging, hyper‑local content across all devices.

This shift allows us to expand our reach and deliver even more value to readers and advertisers.

Alongside Life in Elgin, we have introduced new digital community editions, including Life in London, Essex County, Oxford County, Brantford, and Burlington.

As communities across the region continue to experience significant growth, we remain committed to supporting both new and long‑established businesses through our expanded digital network. Our goal is to help newcomers connect with the services they need while keeping long‑time residents informed about the people, businesses, and stories shaping their communities.
